No show, Cancellation +Late Arrival Policies

Please allow at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We can usually fill appointments with enough notice. We will only charge your card used at the time of booking a $35 fee if there is less than 24 hours notice or no show. 

Whether you have purchased a package through us or a third party if you no show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours you can either forfeit a session or pay the No Show/Late Cancellation fee to avoid losing a service.

Due to the types of services we provide we can only allow a 10 minute late arrival period. If you check-in after 10 minutes you may have to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a no show fee. We strongly encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time.
