No show, Cancellation +Late Arrival Policies

No Show/Late Cancellation

Please allow at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We can usually fill appointments with enough notice. We will only charge your card used at the time of booking a $35 fee if there is less than 24 hours notice or no show. 

Packages

Whether you have purchased a package through us or a third party if you no show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours you can either forfeit a session or pay the No Show/Late Cancellation fee to avoid losing a service.

Late Arrival

Late arrivals: We will no longer have a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to complete as much of the service as possible within the remaining time. If the service cannot be completed, a $35 late cancellation/reschedule fee will apply.

  • Paperwork: To save time, we’ll now collect emails in advance and send confidential health and policy forms before your appointment. This way, everything is ready to go when you arrive.
  • Scalp analysis: This will be available upon request or included in the for 2 service packages, rather than automatically with every vi

No Additional/Underage Guests

Due to the nature of the services we offer, the equipment we have and our insurance providers conditions- we cannot allow children in the spa unless they are receiving a service.

We do not allow additional guests in your appointment as our rooms may not be able to accommodate extra people.
